Authorized Workers

SafeSync protects workers who are locking out equipment for servicing or other tasks. It allows them to check out locks, print tagouts, and communicate when equipment is locked out and then returned safe.

Affected Workers

Workers who regularly use equipment that may be locked out can use the mobile app to get alerts when equipment is locked out and then returned safe. They are not authorized to checkout locks or de-energize equipment.

Safety Coordinators and Management

Plant, factory, and maintenance managers, as well as company management and safety coordinators monitor the work within a given facility. They can use the mobile app to plan and coordinate the de-energization of equipment and monitor LOTO use in real-time.

Our metrics dashboard also provides insights in equipment downtime, procedure timing and enforcement.
